  1. I'm back to Cheerios today, but yesterday morning after the Auburn game, I had the best bagel and cream cheese I've ever had. And this is in Dothan, Alabama!

    Got to be some transplanted New York Jews baking there.
  2. Eggs over easy and turkey bacon folded up in a piece of whole wheat bread.
  3. 3 egg omelet with leftover onions, peppers and some truffle cheese...
  4. One of those Jimmy Dean D-Light turkey sausage sandwiches and fruit. Not bad!
  5. Banana Slamma Oatmeal
  6. two cans starbucks double shot espresso. and a lortab.
  7. Damn. Who needs to drink when you have breakfasts like that!

    I bet you're ready to effin' rock!
  8. If I had that for breakfast I'd have knitted a sweater,washed the dishes, beat someone up, called my Congressman, taken my laptop apart, put my laptop back together, solved some world problems........then I would have left the house for work!

  10. Casey, given that you like to dress up, and that last night was the last happy run before Halloween, I assume that you ran in a costume...so what did you dress up as.
