A pretty big part of this probably had to do with his wrist injury.

You really can not say. Russell has not peaked yet. He might play his best football in the next two years or he might get overshadowed by Matt Flynn.

Leak on the other hand is playing in a different kind of offense that he is suited for. Leak is a pocket passer playing in a spread offense that Meyer is trying to introduce. He does not fit. Before that he was playing for Zook and that says it all.

Like we dominated Miami - because they laid down. It sure has a way of making a team look better than they are.

Can't remember what happened at the end, but Georgia held WVU's offense in check for quite a while.

    We'll see.

I actually think the Miami game showed us playing as good as we really were, not better.:thumb:

It's easy to be fooled by those results. I'm not saying we didn't play great, but the lack of competitiveness by Miami made us look much better.

It's a chicken-and-egg argument. I think our focused play destroyed Miami's will to compete. There is no denying that we have the talent/potential to put together games like that with regularity. So I don't look at it as an aberration.
