Who was the AP voter who voted Michigan ahead of LSU in 2003?

If you add up the votes from the now obsolete AP Poll from the final 2003 poll, you find that one voter voted 10-3 Michigan #2 and 13-1 (and coming off a win in the National Championship Game) LSU #3.

Did anyone ever find out who this was? If so, is he still voting?

Just another reason that the AP means nothing to serious college football fans now.
