who was the player that saban kicked off the team

    You know when he was kicked off, this cleared the way for Jack Hunt, who ended up playing really well for the Tigers.

    who was the guy from florida who i think was a line backer that got kicked off and saban gave him like two chances and he never made anything of it....tim bush or something?

    His name was Tim Pope LB out of Panama City.

    That's a very good though. In the short term (the rest of that season) Hunt got it handed to him pretty bad on the field. But he put on some weight, had a good spring, and the next season played some great ball in the secondary and helped LSU win the title.

    yeah jack hunt was the captain of that secondary maybe even the whole defense....he didnt get nearly as much credit that entire year as he deserved.
