If that's the case we need to start thinking about a catchy nickname for him

I'd like to add a 3rd, 4th even to Rashard Robinson as he will help restore the nightmare known as DBU. On offense, i was talking about a cat and since, thought about him more but Connor Neighbors is a name that has an opportunity as a fullback to make some noise on the national scene. Dude is every bit talented as JC but disciplined. Caught a few passes where JC got the goal line TD duties. Now he gets an opportunity to punch a few through himself. Dude is a Mac truck and can make big holes, not only on the line but in the secondary. Dude has wheels for a big man and hustles down the field for special teams. Just sayin, with that line and his experience in the backfield...pick your poison.

I think Dupre is gonna show he's our WR of the future.

These days most teams don't use a fullback at all. Those who do usually put a quick guard back there and he blocks 100% of the time. I can remember the days when a fullback was a big running back who blocked inside and outside, slipped out into the flat for passes and was always good on the dive play for one yard when you needed it. I'd like to see another fullback like that. People forget Kelly Simmons, he was such a fullback. He averaged over 5 yards a carry, 2 receptions a game, and his blocking made an All-American out of Charles Alexander.

To tell you the truth I believe that Tiger fans have appreciated our FB's a hellavu lot since Steltz was leading the way. Heck if not for a critical unsportsmanlike penalty a crucial fumble Copeland might be one of the more popular players of the past 15 years. Now it is Neighbors time to shine.

Also, does anyone else find it a little bit ironic that in this day & age where many teams don't even have a true FB that the Saints & LSU believe a great FB is indispensable!
