A Rude awakening? That's rich Aubie....

First, most LSU fans knew that LSU was in a tough spot with the QB situation
and the common thought in B.R. was that LSU would go about 9-2 which is
exactly where LSU ended the season.

Second, you Goobers surely aren't considering that 10-9 last minute win over LSU at your place as a "rude awakening" are you? You remember, that was the game in which Auburn was the recipient of that ridiculous call that gave your team a "do-over" on the extra point which was missed.

    Rude awakening my ass. ROTFLMFAO!!

If you give up a 4th and 12 and a 3rd and 12 TD that late in the game like that, you deserve to lose. It was a great game, don't get me wrong, but you guys tapped JR as the second coming of Jesus before last season...didn't work out so well. The QB position is what kept you guys out of the SEC championship game.

Anyway, it's a new year. And I'm pretty sure JR has gained all the experience he's going to need. He's going to be a good one...and I hope he kicks that new kid's ass.
