whose making stock?

    on a sunday, nothing is better than making some stock....it fills the house with so much smells. i got shrimp stock cooking right now for the pastalaya and shrimp creole. anybody else cooking up some stock or something good?

    How about an herb and garlic crusted smoked pork loin?

    oh yeah. that is gonna be good. any side dishes cooking?

    Probably just some fresh green beans sauteed in butter. Keep it simple. ;)

    simple works for me. that pork loin looks really good. if you've got any left over, you can make a late nite sandwich and check-out iron chef tag team.

    Snorton, you must be gaining some weight because every day you have a new picture of "what you cooked" that day....You're definitely eating well, I'm sure...

    i try not to but it's hard. by the way, always be sure to marinate seafood and meats before cooking. it makes such a difference.....

    here is marinating catfish and shrimp....just feeling good.
