I don't think Flynn should be starting. I do however think that JR needs to get his head out of his a$$ at times and protect the football on his running plays, which he NEVER DOES PROPERLY. Some of us think that the best way to get that accomplished is by benching him for a few series.
i was a student in the herb tyler days, and i heard the call for sparacino all the time. as well as many racial things being said about tyler. people who have that view don't change overnight. they're the same ones now who are calling for flynn. not all flynn fans, mind you, but a few. i'm a JR backer and i'm telling ya, i can't wait for the day maybe in 2007 maybe in 2008, for flynn to throw his 1st INT as a starter get his 1st loss as a starter. just to see everyone's reaction. it will be interesting.
But here's a big difference between you and me. I'm a JR backer, but I don't EVER want LSU to lose to make a point one way or the other. As a side note, I feel like there are those on this board who almost wish we'd have lost on Saturday in order to make their points about JR and Miles hold more water.

I can tell how they mis-interpreted you, I initally did as well. Glad you cleared the muddy water. On a side note, I feel sorry for those Tiger Fans that have to eat Wheaties with a liquid other than milk every morning!!! Would those people just be happier if we just did away entirely with Football????
