If you hate Miles and Russell then you just hate winning period. Russell is 21-4 as a starter and Miles was 10-2 last season (we finished 5th in the nation) and 7-2 so far this year for a combined 17-4 record. Are some of you really LSU Tiger fans?? This is absolutely ridiculous with people saying Flynn is better than Russell and lets fire Miles.. I honestly think the NC in 2003 has spoiled you and you need to come back down to reality. This week should be a week of celebrating beating Tennessee in Knoxville for the first time since 1988. What it comes down to it doesnt matter what LSU does some of you will be bitching about the qb and coach no matter if we were undefeated.

Not to mention this is only the SECOND time in history LSU's won in Knoxville. And by gawd, I still can't get that infernal Rocky Top out of my head...

Only the 6th time we have ever beaten them... 6-20-3 lifetime versus Tennessee.

Yes, but only twice IN Knoxville. UT's won the previous 13 in Knoxville.

Try twice. He fumbled on a Brooks-ish empty hand pass and, as much as you want to deny it, that was a fumble on the last drive which was not called.

Besides, don't group me up with whiners. Are you saying he doesn't need to protect the football adequately?

The QB handles the ball on every play. Do the math, and the numbers will show that JR is not a fumbler. In fact, he holds onto the ball and gets it (the football) off after some ungodly hits. So, yes, he does protect the football adequately. A decent analogy would be your asking not to be grouped with the whiners just because of an occasional criticism. An old friend once said "I played ball all my life and nobody ever called me a ball player. But, suck one cock and I'm a cocks*cker the rest of my life".

I'm talking about his rushing attempts when he fails to cradle the football against his midsection. Again, you aren't looking at the stated facts, but rather, you are attempting to analyze an attitude that you disagree with.

Please do not give anything you post credibility by agreeing with me. I cannot nor will I be lowered to your pitiful holier than thou attitude.

There is only one type of person that would insinuate a person was stupid for having an opinion or a racist. We wont use the honor sytem we'll just place you in the same category you listed, only both of them, with Sabanfan.

I have no idea what race you are nor do I care but i do know this:
you filth up this forum with your higher than thou attitude. Sucks to be you.

and for the record, I think that Jamrcus should start, until he is hurt or ineffective.

Which group did the people calling for Jake over Aaron Brooks fall into? The coaches saw these 2 practice all the time, they know more about them than we do. (sorry, I had to)
I'm not in the "Flynn should start group", but I am in the "Flynn could start camp". I feel we would be just as successful if he were starting. They are both quality QBs who happen to play different styles. We may have beaten AU or FLA with Flynn, but we may have lost to UT with him as well.
To say that feeling he should start makes you racist or "not know anything about football" actually makes you sound like a 3rd grader who has run out of arguements.

Your argument has very little merit. Aaron Brooks never won 80% plus of his games, or completed 70% of his passes, or had a 165 quarterback rating. So how is this relevent?

As for the racists part of it, it's there. But maybe sterotypical is a better word for this than racist.
