1. Actually, it sounds fully racist because that's what it is.

Are you kidding me? Your intent is not to sound racist? Did the good white guy get his shoes shined too?
  2. It's a good point. A lot of people make it MORE racist by trying to act like it's NOT racist. Get my drift? In other words... just admit that it's true statement. I'll be honest here, I was absolutely SHOCKED when a black guy (semi-African for you PC pundits out there) started dominating golf. Why? Not because I didn't think that a black man was capable, but it was a surprise. Golf was traditionally dominated by white guys... I may not be correct on this, but golf probably has roots straight to caucasian ancestry... I was also SHOCKED when a CHINESE guy created a great deal of hooplah in basketball! Is that racist? Yes, it is... but just because the "Chinese guy" belongs to a RACE--which is Chinese. Why is that insulting? Is it the "color game" of "black" and "white" that is racist or offensive? I think that is it. It's funny how people try SO HARD not to be, or appear, racist. That's not natural, if you truly ARE a non-racist, loving person, you wouldn't HAVE TO try any harder than what was natural for you to appear as an innocent, non-racist person...
  3. Only if that's what you make of it. I can read ANY statement about ANYONE and make it appear racist. It's all in how you perceive it. But, I see y'all point. Maybe I'm just looking too far into this...
  4. Semi-racist. I think that went all the way.
I cannot find that white setteling force on the 81' team that had a shot of winning it all. Do you really know how close we were back then. Rudy doesn't injure an ankle an out for the season we have the greatest forwards in NCAA. Dwayne doesn't go "hardship" the next year, same, possibly the two greatest forwards at LSU miss playing together for two years. Just timing.
Back to my comment on the subject. John Tudor mentioned in the same sentence as Blanton, Redden and Hultburg? Tudor's claim to fame is breaking Kenny Smith's wrist trying to stop a lay-up. Setteling effect - If they publish these stats he would have the record for most charges.
Now - What Brown had with these players were good players playing way over their head motivated to believe they could. They just happen to be white.
  5. I think it's tougher to become elite in college hoops vs. football. About 65 teams are in competition because of the bcs to win it all, while in college hoops there are a lot more d-1 programs and about 65 teams that make the tournament which is tougher to win than a rose bowl based on numbers and the tournament format.
  6. Try and keep up Ralph.
  7. LSU has no one that will be up for mvp so I think it is a welcome change of pace to have an awesome white guy get the award.
ok white or black he is fun to watch play the game. Now can you handle it put that way? Sheesh this is an uptight forum. Paper thin skin around here.
  8. I still don't understand you. It might help to take off the white hood your wearing.
  9. You might want to check out # "0", that big guy in the middle. How about D. Mitchell? He looks pretty valuable to me, so far. But, maybe since they have more game than to fire up an NBA 3 twenty five times a game, they won't contend for honors.
  10. I figure you felt that way about Larry Bird to. Redick has alot more game than an nba 3. Tune in man. I know it hurts you he is white but he is fun to watch play the game.
