Uh looks like all u need is more than 13 to win. You watching the Bama SC game? I am sure Bama will score again, but 31? Come on now. LSU's D is better than that. Our D will keep it close.

No doubt our O needs to improve tho.

Because we can't score and the defense is bend and don't break.

The offense can't score for sure, but are you really advocating a defense that breaks?

Saban is very notorious for playing down to an opponents level. So you never know which Bama team will show up... but we might have to just let the corners and the safeties cover the recievers and stack the box with the linebackers to keep Ingram closed in... his legs could kill us if we allow him to the outside. Besides I like our odds with Jones and Peterson and Shepperd prowling around waiting on McElroy to make a mistake.

No. Usually, a defense dubbed "bend and don't break" snaps at some point, especially against a good team.

Isn't that why we all loathe Lou Tepper?

Our defense will have to play well...and they should. The offense MUST wake up...and they will.

Bama is no NFL team. They have the same struggles in the red zone that we have. Julio Jones is pretty much a punt returner now...although a good one. He had zero catches Saturday to my knowledge. They scored one offensive TD...and that was in the waning moments. They are very beatable. They thrive on TOs...and we're pretty stingy in that category. If that holds, we can beat them.

And Red...any LSU fan should know we historically play them better at their place than at ours. This being a road game just doesn't bother me...in fact...I like it.

And as a side note, Bama's defense has 7 seniors.

    Saban's winning with Shula's players.:hihi:

No, that defense bent and broke and laid down.
