I think that he thought it would be corrected by now especially after their first two weeks of a normal schedule. He may have attributed some of it early to the craziness of the first few weeks of the season and it being the first few games, but there are no longer any excuses to use and he should be getting very upset. It's not like this team is made up of inexperienced players these guys should do better on the TO's and penalties.
