Well if they say that she broke no laws that's one thing, but there are reasons not to indict that doesn't mean the target is innocent. BTW do you think OJ murdered 2 people? He was found innocent so he must not have done it right??? Let's see whether or not they indict and what they base the decision on.
Dude look, it comes down to this, Did she have classified info on her server? We know she did because everyone including the department that she worked for has admitted such. It is there, it is not made up, it isn't some hocus pocus straw man built by the GOP. The documents are there. If they are there then she broke the law because by LAW they ARE NOT supposed to be there. So if the FBI doesn't bring charges (which by the way they have NEVER investigated something this thoroughly and not) so when James Comey gets up there and says "we aren't going to do anything" you can believe what you want to but the entire world will know it is because he was made to say that, not because he doesn't have the evidence.
Quote me one time where I said SHE broke the law. All I have claimed is that the law was broken because evidence was found.
You called me a few names last night. Get over it pussy. The evidence are the classified documents and SAP data FOUND ON HER FUCKING SERVER. I used to think you were a smart, reasonable fellow. Hell, I actually believe you when you said you were a moderate. Now I know you are just a dumbass.
Again, I never said they would charge her. Only that A law was broken as such has been proved. Stop making shit up dumbass
In NC's mind, her not getting charged means no laws were broken. Which is the argument a person with the mental capacity of a bean would use.
Not far at all, we're already there. Viagra is covered by insurance. Now all we need is an Obamacureaucrat (Obamacare bureaucrat) to declare s mans hard on a civil right. Then say that right has been denied by the effects forced on men by the evil cigarette, fast food, alcohol, and soft drink industries. Therefore Viagra for all is in the constitution. I'm sure 'Bill the Legal Sleaze' can supply the legalize.
No one has proven that there were classified documents on her server. She handled all classified documents by paper only. Sources have suggested that there was classified INFORMATION in her emails but that the information was classified after she left office. Congress is prohibited from passing ex post facto laws by clause 3 of Article I, Section 9 of the United States Constitution. This is it in a nutshell. She can't be guilty of breaking a law just because somebody classified information after she left office.
