Gundy only gets to call about 40 percent of the plays. There are some confidence issues going on with offensive personnel. There are some other conflicts going on in the staff I would imagine. Mike Gundy in essence called Les out in the paper last week. Everybody on here knows that Les and Mike share less than a little love for one another right? I think Les is showing his stubborn ass side, and basically let Gundy know that he was the Head coach of this team.
Well in that case, he shouldn't have paid Gundy so much freaking money as an OC. Miles has some pride issues. I think if he leaves, OSU will be better off with Mike as HC. Mike is one very smart cookie. I'd rather have him on our sidelines than Cale. I know them both pretty damn good. I grew up with them.
Mike is an arrogant prick. Not from hearsay, from personnal experience. Miles didn't have a choice but to pay Mike that much money. No arguement on the Mike vs. Cale thing. And no arguement that Mike can coach. OSU will be fine if Gundy is head coach, we aren't really worried about that. A lot of are worried that Mike will bring Cale here though.
