There really isn't a team that I think would be unbeatable in a Super. Tulane is probably the best team in the country, but I'll take our chances against them as long as Dirks or Smith is on the mound. If we do win a Super then a lot of people that post here are going to be pretty pissed it seems.
I voted no. I could've been rah, rah and said yes, but I really don't believe it will happen this year. I will however be cheering them on. I would like to see a lot more "LSU BASEBALL"
Yes, I think we will. After following LSU Baseball for many many years I always have faith no matter how bad it looks that the team will overcome anything in their way. I have that faith with this squad as well.......... :geauxtige LSU! :lsup: :tigbas:
That's exactly why I'm confident. How many times has this team scared the hell out of us late in the season only to turn it on in the Regionals. Does anyone know how many of our NC teams also won the conference tournament?
While I hope they do make it, I voted no, because our hitting is alot worse then last year, so we can't depend on them when our pitching goes south. I think we can only hope that the same thing happens like last year, where the number one team in the regional paired with ours loses. I just don't like our pitching past 2 pitchers.
