Funny you ask that. I was watching the news last night and they were interviewing evacuees. The one guy (in his mid 50's) said his wife was gathering up all her expensive jewlery when told to evacuate and he made sure he grabbed his season tickets. :hihi:
I have a metal, supposedly fire proof box, everything important is in there. The tickets would be with it and would have left the house with me. I was shcoked when I brought my mother in law and sister in law to the Red Cross and Salvation Army places in Atlanta at how many people didn't even have birth certificates, passports, doctor's records or any other stuff like that. My sister in law had everything imaginable. Top 30 Tiger Stadium Crowds No.---Att.------Opponent-----Date------------Winner---------Score 1.----92,251----Georgia-------Sept. 20, 2003----LSU----------17-10 2.----92,213----Arkansas------Nov. 28, 2003-----LSU---------55-24 3.----92,141----Auburn--------Dec. 1, 2001------LSU---------27-14 4.----92,085----Auburn--------Oct. 25, 2003-----LSU----------31-7 5.----92,077----Florida---------Oct. 11, 2003-----Florida-------19-7 The only amount I have ever seen mentioned by LSU was 92,300 but that they weren't going to know for sure until the construction was completed.
I think anyone that wants to go to a game and always uses the excuse they did'nt have tickets should go. There will be plenty outside the stadium.
If its pouring rain all day and during the game the only record we might set is "Worlds Biggest Sausage Party" as most women and children will not go. :hihi: No way is this stadium anywhere near full, unless of course Rita goes into South Texas and we are spared bad weather.
keep an eye on your ice chests. You may just turn around just in time to catch him digging through your beer. Then you can ask him for an autograph, since he seems to be somewhat famous around here these days. :hihi:
