Nick Saban will do just fine, thank you. He'll get Floyd Reese, a long-time friend who sees player personnel issues the same way as Nick, and have him help run the Dolphins ship. They're in some trouble with the cap in '05, so I don't see much in the way of change next season in terms of personnel other than a run at an undervalued FA running back (they're short-handed in terms of draft picks thanks to Ricky, so I don't think they'll try to tender an offer for Edge) and a WR or two. I believe he'll stick with his current QBs, letting Feely and Fiedler battle it out for the starting gig next year. I don't know (or care to know) how their contract situation looks as far as OL, DL, LB, etc. is concerned, so I can't say what may happen there. Basically, Nick will try to sniff out an undervalued/underperforming RB or WR or two, lure them to Miami and try and coach them up for next season. They'll have the same personnel and improve to at least 6-10, perhaps 7-9.
