Will this team rally around AB, dedicate season to him?

    Agreed. I've been around this in HS and in college and it'll do wonders to a team. I think LSU just got a little bit stronger this season...

    Well, the great players on the 2003 team were who the team followed upo the mountain and I think this is what this team is trying and will do, great upperclass leadership.

    If anyone will be effected my Alley's injury mentally it should be his buddy and roommate JV. For many, many reasons.

    "Dedicating" a season is very strong. I doubt it would be appropriate to dedicate a season to a player who will likely play two more years after coming back from his injury.

    Jeff Boss and Wally Pontiff had seasons dedicated to them. AB's injury is sad but doesn't warrant the same attention as the aforementioned names.

    Well I was just grasping at straws for something to really solidify this team for the year.

    I guess we now know what the team will be dedicating the season to, and it's a powerful incentive. God bless, geaux Tigers. :geauxtige

    Right now, they'll play for the state....they'll play for those people affected by the hurricane. I predict we kick more tail now than what we would have before
