I agree that we are a little over-hyped, but the major reason that made us all over-hyped was the not the poll, but a new QB. After tonight's game, we don't look like a top 10 team at all with all the sloppiness and injuries.
We have the talent to be a contender, but for some reason it has not all come together. Personally, I think we need a new OC. I have always felt that Coach Stud was over his head. Also, Mett has not proven to be the quality QB we thought he was. At least not yet.
A new unproven QB and a new defensive backfield are two reasons we should never have been ranked in the top ten. Not many QB's do well there first year.
No, I have been watching LSU football since 2008. I don't know why you keep saying that, just quit being a smart ass and reply with some information. Thanks.
Really?? If the stat is telling the truth, we still run 70% of our offensive plays. Then who do you think means more to our running game than 44?
You are absolutely right. But we were so over-hyped on Mett only because we were so thirsty for a quality QB the past four years. Unfortunately, Mett has not developed as expected or lived up to the expectations, at least as of now. But whom to blame? Les? Coach K? or Mett himself?
