That's been tried like 3 times. The only common denominator for the poor O over Les's tenure has been... wait for it... Les.

Exactly, how many OC's have we had and what is the one thing that NEVER changes?

    wait for it....

Its the Offense. We could put Dana Holgersen in there, Mike Leach, Fred Flinstone, Barney Fife, it wouldn't matter. It is wasted money because it will always look this way as long as "you know who" is wearing the headset.

I knew it probably won't matter who we hire as OC because Les will get his hands all over the playbook anyway, but still, a change may be needed at this time. Any kind of change can't be worse than what we have now.

If you don't have any major concern after watching a game like this, then you are blind.

Sell me on our NC hopes rest on a Fullback.

You can't do that and its a stupid argument....

i think what vesperiaLSU is trying to say is that Copeland's injury could be the straw that broke the camel's back.

You just need to count how many plays/TD runs tonight and the pass four games Copeland were on the field protecting the QB or blocking for our running backs before he got injured, then you should realize how heavily Les's offensive scheme rely on an experienced FB like 44.

Do you guys have any idea what Copeland have done thus far on the field to help this team's run offense and pass protection? Or what our running game will look like without him when against a good SEC defense like Florida or Bama? Are you two blind when watching the game? I'm not saying that having Copeland as fullback guarantees us a NC, but without him blocking the S/LBs in the running game? We will be no where near as effective as we used to. And if you don't know, nearly 70% of our play calls this season are still on the ground. If you think a Freshman FB or a switched RB can accomplish what 44 has done against FLA, USC, and BAMA, then you are making a stupid argument.
