Tell him to slice up a couple of onions and boil them with brats in beer. Put the brats on the grill to brown them up nicely. Drain the onions and serve them with the brats on a bun with spicey mustard. Yum, yum !!!!
post of the year... after months with NO football I am ready to watch anything... And I remember bitching about there being 10 stupid bowl games.. well about July I woulda pay per viewed to watch anything football.. I love football!
that is what i did yesterday pretty much except i carmelized the onions seperately in a bit of dark beer and the brats i browned in the pan after cooking in beer. served on a french roll with sauerkraut and hot mustard. yum!! great minds think alike.:grin:
