Doesn't our constitution say that you cant discriminate based on color, creed, National Origin etc. Yet we have unconstitutional affirmative action. My brother worked for Bank Of America and their bonuses were based on diversity of your dept rather than performance.

I am not against diversity but if you have affirmative action it violates the rules of the constitution. This document is only the rule of laws that our country has sworn to abide by. So technically why is affirmative action needed.
