If my son was the number one five star rated quarterback in the country and I lived next door to the LSU campus, I would try to encourage him to go else where unless Miles fired Crowton first, and even then it would still be an enormous sacrifice to let him play for LSU under those circumstances, because Miles is a pretty awful coach in his own right.
Actually Denard Robinson would be perfect since GC insists on the spread option...you know, the one he runs to perfection at Michigan? Hell I'd love to have Robinson considering the circumstances. I could give a damn about his race either. Signed, a black guy.
I don't care if we get the next ten five star QB's or not, but then I only have a few requirements for the next LSU QB. He has to be: -Smart enough manage to offense -Accurate enough to throw while rolling or dropping back -Quick enough to run from time to time, but not overly done to the point that every defense we meet after the third game of the season has figured him out -Doesn't plea with fans to be patient with him as a junior for not performing well In other words, another Flynn or Mauck will do just fine for me
