   Yep, that's exactly what I saw on the sideline. Unbelievable that Chan could not realize that he was correct in questioning the down.
   
   That being said, I don't think it was advisable to spike the ball on 2nd and 21 anyway. You can't put yourself in a 3rd and 21 situation with that Georgia defense waiting to pin back their years and come after your QB.
