Would you pull for the SEC (Bama) if they make the NC Game

They may not belong in it but they will play Bama a good game. In the end Nick holds up another...

 

I think the best we can hope far is that Ga beats the gumps AND ND. That way the crystal stays in the SEC and nicky has to throw his players under the bus again as he will. BTW I can be happy if Fla pastes FSU. The ACC has no business being mentioned in big time CFB.

 

To me, UGA winning the NC is the best possible scenario, considering that we have no real shot at it. They're one SEC team that I don't hate (I actually like Richt), and the SEC can maintain its run.

 

I hate UGA and the home game they get everytime they make the SEC CG. 3 quarters of the GD filled with red no matter who they play.
But they will get stomped worse than they did last year...

 

I don't see that happening. Their offense has great balance and their D has really been playing well lately. They're a lot like we are save for the power-running, which doesn't work against bama anyway. bama has shown a real susceptibility to the pass lately, and I expect Murray (who I think is the best passer in the SEC) to fully exploit that.

 

I don't like Georgia, their fans or their ugly ass dog, but I like Richt also. It would be hard for me to pull against him unless his team losing helped LSU.

 

There are only two scenarios where I would root for the Gumps.

One, it would somehow benefit LSU for them to win.

Two, someone is holding a gun to my head.

I would certainly root for UGA or any other SEC team that makes the BCSNC...unless they were playing us of course.

I can be on board with this. But if it's Bama vs. ND, I'm putting on my excessively expensive "Play Like a Champion Today" ND t-shirt that I bought at the ND Bookstore in August and saying, "Geaux Irish."
