Someone's butt could burn for this. From an ethical stand point, you shouldn't do anything to a photo you're going to print in a newspaper other than maybe lighten it or darken it a touch. Altering a photo like this is extremely unethical for any newspaper and more so for student photographers. If you've ever taken even one photojournalism class this is 101 kind of stuff. Someone should be fired.
You are looking at a newspaper that put the entire loss on Lee's head just to fit a pun into a headline. I doubt they care about the photoshopping of the picture.
Are you guys serious? The pic is showing Lee and LSU as having lost "luster". While I don't agree that Lee should be pinned with the L as much as the defense, the pic has nothing to do with race.:dis:
