    I am already sick of hearing people complain about carter kneeling the ball it didnt affect the game as much as everybody is making it out to be. Can you imagine what it is like being a 18 or 19 year old guy out there playing in a big game like that. Dont be so hard on the guy cause he is human he makes mistakes. If you wanna complain about something in the game that really mattered why dont youcomplain about a veteran like whitworth for the holding call that he got!!!!!!

    Slowly step away from the sugar cubes......... :)

    Carter's play did not affect the game in the least bit. However, it should NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER happen in ANy football game by ANYONE. :)

    I've seen it mentioned but no one really bashing him for it. It was a bone head freshman mistake that he will probably never let happen again. It had absolutely NO affect on the outcome of the game. Carter will be a big time player and no one will remember a freshman mistake in a blowout game.

    You just don't make that mistake as a kick returner. He will more than make up for it, trust me !

    you live and you learn he will work harder to improve his play this guy will be great at LSU....

    Not saying Whitworth played very well today but the zebras can call holding on every play of every game if they want to. I can understand a freshman making the mistake of running a kickoff back when he shouldn't but once he crossed the goal line I can't understand why he took a knee. Thats a mistake even a grade school player should never make.

    Couldn't agree more with your post.
    Its not like we were going to tie this game.

    Georgia beat us in every phase of the game.
    That penalty killed the drive along with any chance to change the momentum
    of the game because it was on the verge of swinging in our favor.

    There are alot more mistakes that cose us than Carter such as our CB's being burned and missed tackles.

    This team doesn't have a strength anymore because our D was lit up like a christmas tree.

    More than enough excuses to go around

    What I am bothered by is how he runs as if high school players are still trying to catch him.

    When he gets the ball he just needs to let go and be fearless. He is way too timid at this point to be an effective kick returner.

    they sure missed the holding call on Georgia's td that helped put the game away, bigtime......
    If you have tivo or replay check it out.
    The td they got after we got the penalty that stopped our drive the 2nd half
