Talk of trading Ingram is foolish

...unless there's more good RBs around for the Saint's draft slot. But Ingraham is gold now. Trading him for Landry would be going back to a passing only offense. I'd rather see us draft a top receiver that Brees could make look great opposite Thomas.

Ingram had a good year but Kamara carried a lot of the load. I would trade him for Landry and pick up another RB in the draft or through free agency. Miami isn't going to make a straight up 1 for 1 Landry for Ingram trade. Depends on what else I would have to give up.

Ingram definitely has my support buuuuut.... I would trade him for Earl Thomas. Seattle would never do that though.

The Saints have shown that RBs are replaceable in their offense. Kamara is a special talent, but any serviceable back can take Ingram's spot. Trade him while he is worth a little more.

This... Get what we can for Ingram and get Drew another weapon or a db... I hear Jeremy Hill is a free agent... He could be our ground and pound back...

Seems like Ingram has been around forever. What is he? 40? Seriously he is reaching the age of the end of the average shelf life of an NL RB. If I can get value I'm making the deal. Better than gambling that Ingram would not begin to see a decline in his skills. Kamara isn't your every down back so Jeremy Hill might be able to adequately fill Ingram's role.
