Now I know why you usually stay away from giving opinions.

    I'm sticking with:
Mestepey, Dirks, Smith for the Regional and Smith, Dirks, Mestepey vs. the Tide.

We have been doing all year what other teams once did to the tigers- pitching 3,2,1 rather than 1,2,3. Our record would probably be much worse if Smith had lost some Friday games against the ace, and Mestepey couldn't hold on Sunday.

I was wrong. It's not that hard to say.

I nominate Tigerskin as official prediction monitor of TigerForums.

I would go with Smith Dirks and Meier. I've always subscribed to the belief of putting your best nine out on the field, so I'd go with Smith. It's important to get off to a good start and Smith gives the Tigers their best opportunity for that. Plus, he's had a ton of rest since pitching in the State series.

Why is everyone so high on Meier all of a sudden, he hasn't been any better then Mestepey this year.

I agree Mestepey is the better option but it would be a lot nicer to have Mestepey on Monday if it came to that. I think either one can handle Marist.
