After getting rid of the aforementioned filibuster the house and senate will pass a bill that the President will sign which will place an 18 year term limit on the Supreme Court members. This would result in Roberts and Thomas leaving immediately. Biden will replace them both with moderates like Merrick Garland and the court will be 5-4 in our favor. This isn't court packing. It's legal and it's fair. If Republicans want to replace the outgoing justices they will need to win the Presidency and the Senate. It's long past due. for those who earn more than $400,000, yes. And guess what....we can afford it! this whole schtick about trickle down economics doesn't work and everyone knows it doesn't. If so, with all the billionaires we have out there we should be booming from the industry they started. But they haven't and we aren't. Doesn't work. Sanity first. Healthcare next. Immigration.
