She should have gone for 50K instead of 10K. This will get settled out of court and she probably left 20K-30K on the table.
I don't think that's all she's going for. It said "more than $10,000". It's probably just some sort of threshold. I had surgery for a deviated septum last year and that alone was more than 10k. Even though Nick ain't around the nest much, she clearly still learns from watching ol' pops.
$10k for deviated septum? Wow. I need to get surgery on my broken nose to straighten out a little bit. How much do you think that'll run?
No idea. My surgery was for a deviated septum and endoscopy (had chronic sinusitus). When I saw the claim on the insurance form the total was in the high teens (maybe 18k).
